Paawan Sugar Nil – Herbal medicine for diabetes management with no side effect. Diabetes Mellitus is the most common endocrine disorders accompanied with many metabolic syndromes. Ingredients

  1. Syzygium Cumini (Jaamun) – In Ayurveda, Syzygium cumini is being used in treatment of diabetes since a very long time. Jamun contain a lots of nutrients like vitamin C, iron, magnesium, B-complex vitamins, dietary fibre, potassium, as well as vitamin A. Jamun seeds are used in treatment of diabetes, allergies, viral infection, inflammation, gastric ulcer, skin diseases, boosts immunity. It has anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and anti-diabetic properties and thus is very effective and beneficial for human health. The kernel of the fruit helps lower blood glucose levels.
  2. Aegle Marmelos (Bael)- As recommended by Ayurveda, Bael has been extensively used in the treatment of dysentery and diabetes. It is rich in anti-oxidants which helps in insulin secretion which leads to low blood sugar levels. Besides, the herbal medicinal preparations of bael are used to treat chronic diarrhea, dysentery, peptic ulcers, laxative for astringency, and respiratory ailments. This fruit pacifies Kapha and Vata Dosha.
  3. Shilajit - Shilajit is a herbal supplement used to treat various health concerns such as Alzheimer’s disease, pulmonary issues, hypertension, fatigue, infertility, iron deficiency. Momordica charantia (Karela) - Known to be Anti- Diabetic superfood, Momordica charantia over the years have proved proficiency in managing several medical conditions such as diabetes, skin troubles, inflammation, fat reduction. For ages, it has been used to regulate sugar levels. It also boost the immune system to fight bacteria and microbes, aids in digestion, reduces inflammation, improves liver health and increases metabolism and improvises skin health.
  8. Gymnema sylvestris (Gudmaar) - As the name suggests, the Gymnema sylvestris is Gud Maar i.e. sugar destroyer. It is renowned herb for controlling high blood sugar condition. Gudmaar is said to lower sugar cravings while reducing the rate at which sugar and fat are absorbed into the body. This two-fold action helps treating obesity, diabetes, and high cholesterol.   10. Ocimum sanctum (Tulsi Patra) - Tulsi has been venerated in almost all ayurvedic literature for its adorable medicinal properties. Tulsi has been an effective anti-inflammatory, antibiotic and antipyretic medicine in everyday regime for cold, cough and flu. Researchers across the world have extended their studies on this herb leading to the conclusion that it also possess properties like healing of wound, anti-oxidant, anti-carcinogenic, anti- inflammatory and anti-ulcerogenic. Researches have also shown a significant decrease in diabetic symptoms (polydypsia, polyphagia and tiredness) in patients consuming leaf powder of Tulsi. It is also used for treatment of viral infection, treatment of fungal infection, reduces stress, gastric ulcer.
  11. Acacia nilotica (Babool) - Babool has been reported to be effective against a variety of disease including diabetes, skin disease and cancer. The fresh plants parts of Babool is considered as astringent, demulcent, aphrodisiac, anthelmintic, antimicrobial, anti-diarrhoeal, with good nutritional value in Indian traditional medicine system. It is predominantly used for oral health care, skin problems due to sunburn, diabetes, cardiovascular disorders, liver disorders and cancer.
  12. Alpinia galanga (Kulanjan) - Alpinia galanga is a root that belongs to the ginger family and has numerous health benefits. It has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-Diabetic, anti-diuretic, anti-ulcerative and anti-dementia properties. It helps to reduce and balances the raised of blood sugar in the body and allows proper secretion and optimal functioning of insulin in the body. Antioxidants present in Alpinia galanga fight against free radical and protects body cells from damage and also helps in reducing inflammation & aging effects in the body. Being hot in potency it reduces cough. It also relieve in the discomfort caused due to ulcer, slow digestion and any other inflammation in the abdomen.
  13. Pterocarpus marsupium (Bijak) - The conditions commonly treated by Bijak in the Ayurveda system include diabetes, inflammation and bleeding. The bark is also used for bleeding and toothaches. The leaves are often applied externally as a remedy for skin diseases. The most common use of Bijak is to help support the body’s natural ability to manage and regulate blood sugar levels due to its ability to regulate glucose and lipids. Other uses of Pterocarpus marsupium is as an herbal supplement for antioxidant support and skin health.
  14. Thespesia populnea (Paras Pipal) - Paras Pipal are found to possess useful medicinal properties, such as anti-fertility, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, purgative and hepatoprotective activity.   16. Tinospora cordifolia (Giloya) - Giloya is a medicinal plant used in Ayurvedic medicines throughout India since ages. Due to its unique properties, it is considered like nectar, and is also called Amrita. It possesses anti-diabetic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, and immuno-modulatory properties. It helps to balance Tridoshas – Vata, Pitta & Kapha in the body.
